MyHomii CRM Platform Refund Policy

At MyHomii, we strive to provide a fair and transparent service experience for all users. By using our platform, users agree to the following refund terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Service Payments

All payments made through the MyHomii CRM Platform including but not limited to:

* Booking fees
* Service fees
* Subscription fees
* Management fees
* Processing charges
* System usage fees

shall be deemed confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

2. Platform Cancellation Rights

MyHomii reserves the right to suspend, terminate, reject, or cancel any booking, account, listing, or transaction in situations including but not limited to:

* Suspected fraud or suspicious activities
* Violation of platform rules or policies
* False or misleading information
* Illegal activities
* Security concerns
* Technical or operational issues
* Non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations

In such cases, MyHomii reserves the right to determine whether any refund is applicable and shall not be liable for any indirect losses, business interruption, or consequential damages.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Where a refund is approved by MyHomii:

* Refund processing may take up to thirty (30) working days
* Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, bank transfer, or other approved methods
* Processing timelines may vary depending on banking institutions, payment gateways, or verification requirements

4. Security Deposit & Damage Charges

Property owners, operators, or management parties may deduct charges from deposits for:

* Property damages
* Outstanding utility bills
* Cleaning charges
* Missing items
* House rule violations
* Repair or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear

Users acknowledge that MyHomii may assist in facilitating such claims based on supporting evidence and platform records.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following payments are strictly non-refundable:

* Service fees
* Administrative charges
* Processing fees
* Marketing fees
* Platform subscription fees
* Promotional credits or vouchers
* System setup or onboarding fees

6. Limitation of Liability

MyHomii shall not be responsible for:

* Loss of income or profit
* Tenant disputes
* Third-party misconduct
* Technical interruptions
* Delays caused by banks or payment gateways
* Force majeure events beyond reasonable control

Users agree that MyHomii’s decision relating to refund eligibility, dispute handling, and refund amount determination shall be final.

7. Amendments to Refund Policy

MyHomii reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the platform shall prevail.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using the MyHomii CRM Platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
